The incorporation of MertAGI OÜ is being prepared; the company has not yet been incorporated. Verified operator and registry details are pending and will be published before company access opens. You can send privacy and data subject requests to hello@mertagi.com.

What information we process

• When you visit the website: technical data your browser sends, such as the time, the address requested and your network (IP) address, to the extent needed for delivery, security and rate limiting.
• In the chat with MAGI: your message, the recent conversation (up to twelve messages), the page language and the section you are reading.
• If you email us: your address, your message and whatever you tell us in it.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing and securing the website, including abuse protection and rate limiting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Answering your questions in the chat and by email: where a possible contract is concerned, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering questions about MertAGI (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations where required (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Chat with MAGI and automated decisions

The chat answers questions about MertAGI. When you send a message, the chat data listed above is transmitted to our server and, via OpenRouter, to the configured AI model provider to generate a reply. Do not enter passwords, payment details or confidential business information. In the chat, MAGI can neither access a company account nor execute transactions.

The chat makes no legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Answers may be wrong; only the agreement, the plan and the information in the application are binding.

Cookies, browser storage and third-party content

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) holds only your chat history; it is deleted when you close the tab. Fonts, images and logos are loaded from our own server – no connection is made to third parties such as Google Fonts.

Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to authorised MertAGI staff and to service providers required for hosting, security, email and – for the chat – OpenRouter and the AI model provider. We do not sell data. Where processing takes place outside the EEA, for example in the United States, MertAGI uses an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards. You can request a current list of processors at hello@mertagi.com; it will be published before merchant access is activated.

Retention

We do not store chat messages permanently on our server; OpenRouter and the model provider apply their own retention periods. We generally keep security and rate-limiting data for no more than 90 days. We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with them and delete them no later than twelve months after the last substantive contact, unless legal claims or obligations require longer retention.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact: hello@mertagi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with your local supervisory authority in the EEA.
