This estimate is not a unit price; billed usage and included allowances follow the in-app price list. Capacity assumes one order equals one managed deal and an even monthly flow. VAT and unmodeled external-data, voice, payment or provider charges are excluded. Eligible sales are profitable trades completed through MertAGI after customer payment has cleared and your delivery obligation has been met.

BILLING

How the prepaid model works.

Before MertAGI starts or continues paid autonomous work, the estimated charge must be covered by your prepaid MertAGI balance and any approved company-specific buffer. Buffer use is interest-free and your next top-up repays it first. We warn you before funds run out; at the limit, paid autonomous work stops.

The fee applies to the positive, verified margin of eligible trades completed through MertAGI, before MertAGI fees. Before paid access opens, the final service agreement and tariff schedule will state exactly how taxes, discounts, product and logistics costs, payment costs and other adjustments are treated.

No. Once customer payment has cleared and your delivery obligation has been met, MertAGI's reconciled fee is earned and non-refundable. Later returns, refunds, chargebacks, warranties, concessions or commercial losses remain your company's responsibility and do not reverse the fee.

Paid plans are per company and charged in advance. Plan-change and cancellation terms will be set out in the service agreement. Plan selection and payment open on 1 September 2026.
