What happens after you give the brief?

Imagine your company wants to source 120 desk lamps in the Netherlands and sell them in Germany. This invented example shows how MertAGI is designed to move from an idea to a completed trade.

    MertAGI Operator

    You define the assignment.

Tell Operator what you want to buy and sell, your budget and which decisions it may take. You review and activate the Merchant Mandate: the versioned instructions that give MertAGI its authority.

    TradeOS · research

An offer is worth a closer look.

MertAGI brings together supplier listings, prices and potential buyers. Each observation keeps its source. Stock, delivery terms and buyer interest still need to be checked.

WHAT THE NEXT STEP DEPENDS ON

Finding an attractive price does not establish available stock or an agreed sale.

    TradeOS · decision checks

The missing answer holds the order.

The proposed purchase fits the example budget. But the supplier has not confirmed delivery terms, so the order waits. MertAGI checks the missing condition against the active mandate before proceeding.

WHAT THE NEXT STEP DEPENDS ON

A prepared order can proceed only when its evidence, budget and authority requirements are met.

    Confirmed terms become an offer.

Continue the example: the supplier confirms stock and delivery, and the required checks pass. The company can then buy and sell within its mandate. Partner.Shop is the public comparison and commerce experience and the home for company stores and their digital domains.

WHAT THE NEXT STEP DEPENDS ON

Execution requires legally delegable authority and provider support. This preview places no real order and does not connect every store.

    TradeOS · delivery and finance

Delivery and payment meet in one record.

The order stays linked to delivery evidence and incoming funds in your company’s account. For outgoing payments, the initial model is prepare-only: MertAGI prepares the order and a person releases it through the company’s own banking access.

WHAT THE NEXT STEP DEPENDS ON

When live trading opens later, eligible MertAGI trades earn a success fee only once customer funds have cleared and the delivery obligation has been met, at the later event. MertAGI does not initiate payments or hold credentials that can move money.

HOW THE PARTS FIT TOGETHER

One company. Four distinct roles.

A conversation to direct the work, a private place to run it and public ways to reach customers.

01

Talk to your operation

MertAGI Operator

Set a brief, ask what happened and review the decisions that need you.

02

Run the work in private

TradeOS

Research, orders, authority, delivery and finance come together in your company’s operating records.

03

The seller and decision-maker

Your company

Your company keeps its capital and commercial responsibility, grants the operating mandate and releases payments through its own banking access.

04

Reach the customer

Partner.Shop

Public comparison and commerce, with company storefronts at addresses such as your-company.partner.shop. Broader company-domain features will also develop under Partner.Shop.

You can explore Partner.Shop and the Sole Society sample store today. The preview does not establish a live connection to a company’s private operation.

YOU SET THE AUTHORITY

Delegate the work. Keep the decisions that matter.

01

Choose how far MertAGI may go.

Set each type of work to advice, preparation or execution within your active Merchant Mandate and legal and provider limits. Initially, payment orders are prepared by MertAGI and released by a person through your company’s own bank.

02

Know why a step is waiting.

Missing evidence, a crossed limit or an unavailable required service stops the affected action. The reason stays with the record.

03

Keep a clear line of responsibility.

Your company remains the seller and economic operator. A mandate change creates a new version; each action records the version that authorized it.

TRADE CAPITAL AND SERVICE FEES

Your trading funds. A separate service balance.

Merchant Trade Capacity

The resources your company can trade with: cash, stock, credit, supplier terms and buyer prepayments. Sales receipts go to your company’s own accounts.

MertAGI Operating Balance

Prepaid funds for your plan, usage and execution fees. Fees are reserved as work happens. At the configured floor, new and ongoing fee-bearing work stops.

The published fee model concerns later paid operation and live trading; opening depends on pilot evidence and lawyer-reviewed service terms and tariff, with no date announced. Any approved buffer is discretionary and repayable. Success fees apply only to eligible completed trades executed through MertAGI; later returns, refunds or chargebacks do not reverse earned fees.
